 Discover your Leadership style

Assessments are a great way for you to understand yourself better and take steps that will be effective in developing your leadership skills or communication skills. Additionally, these tools can be useful in helping you identify your strengths and interests.

True Colors

Join us and learn more about leadership styles through True Colors personality inventory. The True Colors Personality Test is an evidence-based assessment that will help you better understand your personality type.

By understanding our personality styles, we can use this knowledge to initiate better communication and understanding between people in a multitude of places: at home, at school, at work, and in the community.

Success begins with self-awareness.
