Aggie Camp:
Aggie Camp is an extended orientation camp where first-year/incoming NMSU students are invited to stay on campus and experience a preview of life as an Aggie. They get a jumpstart and an insider experience to help them succeed as college students. This is a two-night, three-day immersive experience guided by Aggie Stampede members and the staff of Student Involvement & Leadership Programs. Some camp experiences include:
- Overnight stay in Juniper Hall
- Meals in Taos and campus dining
- Access to Activity Center facilities: rock-climbing, pool, basketball courts
- NMSU student leadership panel
- NMSU executive leadership panel
- Wave the Wonderdog meet & greet
- Campus tour and scavenger hunt
- Leadership training workshops
- Student services tour
This year, camp will be hosted July 14-16 on NMSU Las Cruces campus. Registration will include on-campus housing, meals, and event access along with t-shirt and other swag.
